What practitioners are saying

“Daniela was my first massage teacher and from the very beginning she taught the importance of the mind-body connection. The hands-on work was always backed by science, and after more than ten years working as a remedial massage therapist, I often reflect on how much her teaching continues to influence my practice today. I’m so happy Daniela has returned to teaching and created this wonderfully curated mindfulness course. She has once again beautifully bridged the gap between practice and science, allowing any practitioner, either new or experienced, to go deeper into understanding the connection, and make us better therapists because of it. ”

Michelle, Remedial Massage Therapist, Mooloolaba Massage & Sports Health, Qld

“Even with previous experience in mindfulness training and meditation, I found the course to be very practical, informative and rewarding. The exploration of scientific and modern conceptualisation is particularly interesting. There's plenty of real-world application for use in clinic and it provides a more coherent overview of the mind body connection, which fulfils a real gap in our industry. The course is very accessible and includes many resources for further study. ”

Damien, Remedial Massage Therapist Muscle Freedom, Vic

“Working in the soft tissue industry I've always been interested in the mind-body connection, and this course gave me a clear path forward. I was introduced to leading experts in the field and shown where to look for credible, evidence-based mindfulness programs. It's not just theory, it's a well researched and highly practical guide for therapists. What a gem!”

Lawrence, Remedial Massage Therapist, Elwood Osteopathy, Vic
